Please note: the 30-minute reading is conducted LIVE with the client via Zoom.

↓↓↓ WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ↓↓↓

✅ Email confirmation and session availability are sent to the email address registered with your PayPal account within 24 hours of booking. Be sure this is an inbox you check regularly so you can secure a date & time for your live Zoom session.

✅ Availability may be up to several months out depending on volume. If you’d like to confirm the current booking window before purchasing, you’re welcome to email my office through my contact page (or kiki@thekikikennedy.com) for the most current timeline.

✅ Expedited readings are available for clients who wish to receive their reading sooner. This is an optional service for an additional fee and is fulfilled within a shorter timeframe, subject to availability.

✅ Once your session is confirmed, you have 72 hours to claim your spot before it is offered to the next client in line. Responses after the 72-hour window will be scheduled at the next available date/time.

✅ Sessions are recorded and shared with you, so you don’t need to take notes while we pull cards.

✅ Cancellation & Scheduling Policy: All bookings are scheduled in Central Standard Time (CST), and clients are responsible for adjusting according to their local time zone. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed sessions or those canceled within 24 hours will not be reimbursed or rescheduled unless a new booking is made. Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. I offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which the session will be canceled to stay on schedule for other clients.
